General Expectations
Students will be expected to follow all class rules in and outside of the classroom. This includes; specials, recess, lunchtime and other school activities or events that may occurs such as school wide assemblies and field days.
The classroom rules are as follows
Be respectful of everyone and everything
Digital Citizenship
There may be times that students use the computers/ipads/ipods for research, class work, or educational games. Students will be taught how to properly use these technologies and should follow those instructions. If students do not follow the instructions for using the technology they will not be aloud to use it for the rest of the time and will have to do something else. It is important that students use the technology appropriately and correctly to keep everyone safe and to lengthen the life span of our technologies. The technologies belong to the school not Ms. Nine or the students therefore they need to be treated with respect (Which is one of our class rules)

Policies
Homework: Homework packets will be handed out each Monday afternoon and should be turned in the following Monday morning. This gives students (with the help of their parents/guardians) a full week to work on and complete the homework packet.
Late work: Late work will only be accepted on a case by case basis when communicated between the parents/guardians and Ms. Nine.
Tardiness: Students will not be graded based on tardiness and absences. However, it is important for the students to be on time and attend school everyday as it may harm their education if they are not present. If a child is sick or has a doctors appointment that is something the parents/guardians should let the office staff know.
Extra Credit: Extra credit in our class will be in the form of bonus questions on some assignments or projects.
Grade Checks: Every quarter students grades will be mailed home by the school.
Academic Concerns: If you happen to have concerns with your students academics please feel comfortable asking me any questions. I will be happy to answer what I am able to.
Office Hours: I do not have any set office hours. However, if you need to speak with me regarding questions you may have or information you'd like me to know about your student feel free to give me a call, email or talk with me before or after school.
Extra Help: Every student in my class will receive the help they need to further their education. Students on an IEP or 504 will receive the help listed within their educational plan. If you feel your student needs an IEP or 504 please speak with myself or the office staff and we can go from there.
